Do not delay important tasks.  Completing tasks early will only help your team.

It would be helpful to designate a devils advocate when making important decisions.  Some of our errors throughout the project could have been avoided.

Make sure to stay on schedule.  Delaying one task could negatively affect another.  Work as a team and stay true to the commitments you make to your group.
